TREC Approved MCE Course: 03031218657 (3 Hrs Legal/Ethics)

The Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) has adopted NEW MCE RULES that require all licensees to take a 3-hour legal update course and a 3-hour ethics update course. These two courses were created for and approved by TREC to meet the 6 legal hours of mandatory continuing education required for your license renewal.

This is the 3-hour TREC Mandatory Legal Update course. It brings all licensees up to date on a variety of legal issues of importance to both the public and real estate licensees.
