Technical Requirements
Any broker or salesperson with a fairly recent Internet browser can earn real estate continuing education credit using our online courses. Please review the list below to see exactly what you need to get started.

A valid email account. This is required to log into our courses and receive continuing education credit. It is kept private. |

A fairly recent web browser. Please see our browser information page to determine which browser version you are using, its compatibility, and how to upgrade it if necessary. |

Ability to accept session-only cookies. Please see our quick explanation of cookies if you don't know if your cookies are enabled or if you need a general explanation. |

Preferably, a screen resolution of 800x600 or higher. If you don't know how your screen is configured, or need help adjusting your resolution, please see our screen configuration page. |

Access to a printer, so you can print and sign any necessary paper documents. |

You do not need Flash, Java, or ActiveX to use our courses. Javascript is used sparingly to improve navigation and usability but it too is not mandatory. Acrobat Reader is required if you request optional printable material, but is not needed to complete any of our courses. |
License & Regulatory Requirements
Our online courses are designed for licensed real estate brokers and salespersons who need continuing education credit, or any individual (licensed or not) wanting to expand his or her real estate knowledge. Our courses are not meant for individuals trying to obtain a real estate license.
If you are seeking continuing education credit, you must adhere to State licensing requirements to receive course credit. If you are unsure of your current status or your state's specific requirements, please visit your State Real Estate Regulator's web site for more details before enrolling.
